We take utmost care to ensure that our products reach you in good shape and quality. However, in case you receive a damaged product or if the product does not meet your expectations, we will do our best to help with its return to your full satisfaction.

You can raise a Return request within 7 days from delivery of the product. Steps to create a Return request are as below:

1. Go to the Shiprocket tracking link received during delivery of the product and raise a Return Request.
2. Select the Return Reason.
3. Share the Return pickup address.
4. Click on Submit.
5. Once the Return request is generated, the product will be picked up from your entered address within 2-5 days.
6. For Prepaid orders, we will process refunds within 7-10 days after receiving the product back. Refund will be processed through source payment mode/Bank/UPI transfers.
7. For COD orders, we will not be able to provide cash refunds for returns. Instead we will offer you a store discount voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item(s). This voucher can be used for future purchases on our website.
